Delivery was good and quality was great

First Order very pleased. Ordered a couple shirts , chalk holder and table cue stick holder for my son for Xmas. Shirts are banging my son will like them. Packaged well and shipped fast. Will be back.

Excellent felt!!! Looks and feels amazing!

Great service n quick shipping

Very nice que, feels smooth when I'm playing and looks super cool!

The Cue looks awesome, the name is correct and my daughter will love it! Easy to order and customize.

I received a couple of emails that were confusing. The first email was thanking me for my purchase, the second was informing me I needed to purchase what was in my cart or I would lose it. I then called Ozone Billiards sales and left a message about them but I never received a call back. Other than that it was over all a great experience. The pool stick was purchased as a Christmas gift, but I received what I ordered and the engraving was exactly what I ordered.
