Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! Definitely recommend using. I already use, Keep it Clean, Bye Bye Bush, Keep it Fresh and Final Touch. Never had an issue. Very gentle on skin and so easy to use. I also had some queries about a product. I got in touch and their response was fast and great! I spoke to Andrea!

I loved OYO!
I loved OYO!! I was hesitant at first but I was sick of my super long shaving routine to avoid ingrowns or razor burn so I thought I’d try it out. At first it wasn’t working, but after emailing with Nicole I realized your skin has to be DRY and it has to be on longer hair, stubble won’t work. Once I tried again with those things in mind it worked FLAWLESSLY. No razor burn. No ingrowns. And it only took 10 minutes. I will be sending this to EVERYONE I know!!!

Hi Jessica. We know trying something new can feel a little uncertain, so we’re thrilled you gave it a second chance! We’re over the moon that it worked flawlessly for you and that you’re sharing it with your friends. x

Wow I was seriously blown away by the product but then oyo went above and beyond with the customer service talk about something you don’t see that often anymore I would recommend this product to everyone just because it works! But even more so how you’ll get treated by this company it’s exceptional! Thank you !

Stolen Package Help
I ordered a skin set for my girlfriend and was very excited to give it to her for Xmas. Unfortunately, the package was stolen off my porch. I was lucky to purchase the package insurance and they have been incredibly helpful in getting me a new package sent out!
Response from Oyo SkincareDec 11, 2025
We’re so sorry that happened, having a gift stolen is the worst! But we’re really glad you had the package protection, and that everything’s already in motion to get a new set sent out in time. Thank you for your kind words, Matthew, we know the holidays can be stressful, and we’re just happy we could help make this right 💫

Excellent customer service
I love Oyo and have been using their products for a while, and their customer service is phenomenal! I had a recent order get delivered and I noticed one of the products was missing, despite the box and rest of the products being in perfect condition. I sent an email regarding the issue and Andrea got back to me immediately, and I was shipped that replacement product that day. I’m so appreciative of Oyo and their team!
Response from Oyo SkincareDec 11, 2025
This honestly means so much, thank you for being such a kind and loyal part of the OYO fam, Paige💗 We’re really glad Andrea was able to get things sorted quickly for you. Missing items are the worst (even when the box looks perfect!), so we’re just happy we could make it right fast. Thanks again for sticking with us, we’re always here if you need anything! ✨

Fantastic customer service
Huge shout-out to Nicole from their team, who provided the best customer support I've received like, probably ever! She went above and beyond to help me navigate a return as well as finding solutions to some tech issues, all while being super reactive, caring and the absolute sweetest person to chat to. Thank you ❤️
Response from Oyo SkincareDec 11, 2025
This is so lovely to hear, Franziska 💗 We’re really glad Nicole was able to help and make the process a little smoother. We're really glad she could make things a bit easier for you, especially with the tech issues and return. We’re so happy we could support you when you needed it! If anything else ever comes up, you know where to find us 💫
