As someone with sensitive skin I was fully expecting this product to fail but my skin actually really loved the product! The cleanser irritated my skin slightly but I am well aware that I have really sensitive skin and this this is an issue with me over the product. I did, however, have a lot of problems getting my product. First the final touch arrived with the bottom of the glass cracked meaning about 90% of the product got wasted. I contacted oyo about this and they sent me a replacement quickly except it was a replacement half the size. I then had to email again and they send me a partial refund of £5 which really doesn’t seem enough for (1) the hassle of the whole thing and (2) the fact I only got half of the product I ordered. The team were always really friendly to contact and I can appreciate sometimes things can go wrong that are out of their control. However, I’ve never went through so much hassle and still never received the product I actually ordered. I think as someone who has spend so much money trying to find solutions to her sensitive skin, I wouldn’t order again. It was just too much hassle and money for what I got.

I discovered OYO by chance on Instagram. I loved the visual, the mindset and their commitment, so I wanted to give it a try. The result? I made a great purchase, I'm thrilled with it I don't part with it anymore because it works!!! Thank you!

How did I manage without it all this time? I love it, the products are very nice and above all effective! I really see a change in my skin, it helps me feel better and more comfortable with my body. Moreover the customer service is very efficient Thank you so much!

Need to improve customer service. The website states standard delivery is 3 working days, it’s been longer than this now (tomorrow will be a week) and I’ve received no confirmation that my order has even been dispatched. I’ve emailed the customer service team and haven’t had a response?? Not happy considering I’ve paid for this and haven’t had anything in return. This is the first time I’ve ever used this brand, can’t say I’ll be using them again

If I could give more stars, I would! These products actually WORK! They WORK! I'm a black woman in my early 30's and I was very skeptical as to whether this would work for me and boy did it work! The products are not scented - so there is no irritation with your skin, especially as we are dealing with delicate parts of the body. SOOO much thought has gone into these products - I'd recommend purchasing 3-step routine products and use them as stated. You seriously will not regret this decision! I'm an OYO fan!

i have suffered with horrific ingrowns and scarring for as long as i can remember. i have tried EVERYTHING under the sun that supposedly treats them and nothing has worked (i’ve spent upwards of a hundred pounds). it got to the point where i was really losing my confidence, until i discovered Oyo skincare and it’s completely changed my life. now bare in mind i have had these products LESS THAN A WEEK and i can already notice a massive difference. i have used fur and cerave before consistently for a month and didn’t get the results i got in 3 days using Oyo’s 3 step routine. honestly this has made me feel comfortable in my own skin in such a short time and it’s not crazy expensive?? amazing. i can’t wait for my next waxing appointment so my wax lady can see my results too 😂 thank you oyo!!!
