I absolutely love the branding and ethos of this company. The reviews are also amazing! I ordered the BBB which unfortunately didn’t agree with my skin but I do have sensitive skin and I took the risk on this. I mentioned that to them and they refunded no questions asked and responded so well. Unfortunately that particular product didn’t work for me but their customer service was incredible and I would not hesitate to order from them in the future.

I cannot thank the lovely ladies at OYO for making such a divine products. As an athlete I have suffered from painful bikini lines due to where my clothings rubs sensitive skin areas. As a full time sailor my skin has no time to repair itself easily. I always thought I would have to sacrifice the smooth ‘perfect’ bikini line for my job but not anymore. The results are unbelievable. I hope my review will give other women the trust they want in these incredible products. My favourite is the oil it is so easy to apply and calms my skin instantly!

I was drawn to this product because of how people were talking about it. Everything arrived quickly and I did have one small issue but customer service took care of it so quickly and made it right! I would 100% recommend oyo to anybody that is struggling post shaving and needs to give down there some TLC. Not only are there products amazing, but their customer service team have been both lovely and helpful. I had an issue with the delivery with one of my products and after sending a dm on insta, they got back to me within a day keeping me updated on the whereabouts of it. In the end, they provided me with a perfect solution to the situation making sure I will get my order asap. I have no complaints and they have helped to keep a loyal customer, thankyou!

When my parcel arrived, 2 of the items I had ordered were missing. Hannah at OYO was brilliant. She was professional and communicated very openly and clearly. She organised for the 2 missing items to be sent to me, free of charge. I’ve used the products that had initially arrived and the difference in my skin is incredible. I can’t wait to use the rest of it.

I’m so happy I got the ad for bye bye bush. I can’t shave because I have sensitive skin and get razor burn and get ingrowns when I get waxes. This was a much cheaper, painless, and quicker way to remove hair. I will be recommending to friends and buying again!
