Only product I can safely and effectively use. I had to completely stop shaving my intimate area because of recurring ingrown hairs and painful cysts. I have tried a few different hair removal creams that just didn't work well or at all. Oyo has been AMAZING! I have used this multiple times over a month and I have had zero issues. My favorites from the kit are the Bye Bye Bush, Ingrowns Out, and Keep it Fresh. One of my jar lids came in broken but customer service was amazing. They responded quickly and sent me a replacement that I received on my a few days later. I highly recommend this brand, it has really helped boost my confidence (right in time for summer no less).

Works as advertised! Completely removed hair where applied, no bad scent, no irritation- just left with smooth skin and no razor burn or ingrown hairs!

As many others followed on Instagram for a while before making a purchase of the set for a lot of money. The price of it put me off so I waited until there was money off. First times using it went well so I was pleased, reduced rash and redness. However used this before my holiday thinking it would be great so I didn't have to fork out for a wax. I wish I booked the wax before my holiday now. Used the set 24 hours before my holiday, it gave me irritation and razor rash (despite using Bye Bye Bush) and I felt self conscious throughout my holiday and was nervous to remove any growing hair. Despite continuing with the cleanser, in grown out and final touch it didn't get any better. I'm glad it was a one of purchase because I won't be purchasing again. And just to add to that bombarded my multiple emails about the best bikini line 😂 For those that make a one of purchase and whom it does work for there should be an option to buy the Bye Bye Bush on its own rather than an entire set again. Back to waxing I go!

I’ve always had issues with razor bumps and burn. It’s gotten to the point where I don’t want to use a razor at all anymore. I saw an ad for Bye Bye Bush on Instagram and decided to try it out. All I can say is I don’t know how I didn’t find this sooner. It works so well for me! There is absolutely no irritation at all, I’ve used it on my underarms and bikini area. This is the only product I want to use!

I had kept seeing adverts on instagram for this and looked up the reviews, after seeing their comments on here felt safe with my purchase. The product itself unfortunately wasn’t for me and the smell was too intense, when speaking with customer support they made everything so easy to sort, suggesting other products first before offering a refund, with a friendly and bubbly response whilst remaining professional and sincere. Working in customer services myself, this has been an exceptional demonstration of great customer service and would like to say my thanks to Andrea for making it so. Credit to the company and team.

There was a mix up with my order and I never received my package and they were very quick to respond and work with me and help me and sent a new package for me and this product is amazing and I am recommending it to all of my friends and family!!

I ordered the Bye Bye Bush Removal Cream and I am very impressed with how well it works on my bikini line! It took so much hair off and I had zero irritation. Which is a win win! I haven’t seen the best results under my arms but the customer service is so amazing that they gave me some helpful tips to try and offered to send me another product to try and get better results! I will keep trying and hope with time I see more results there but the bikini line has seen such great results. Thank you!!
