I’m giving two stars because it took almost 3 weeks for me to get my product. Then one of the filters ( most important one ) wasn’t the same as the one in my machine, it is smaller about 3/4 of the size. I did call and the guy said I could still use it.

The prices for a refurbished unit were very competitive and the shipping time was very fast. Two days to be exact. I have not yet unboxed my concentators but I am confident there will not be a problem when I do. And if for some reason I have a problem, their customer service is available to help. I would Recommend them and use them again
