Oxy concentrator arrived without the plastic tubing and nose piece. Oxygenplus ignored my notice of deficiency and to this day has not supplied the missing part.

The Unit (concetrate/compressor) is producing oxygen levels below specs. (about 60% oxygen/other). Need to find out what need scorrecting.

We should have sent you an email with your invoice that explained that your order was placed while we were closed for a company vacation!
