I was initially hesitant to order a concentrator online, but I'm so glad I did, and that I did via Oxygen Plus Medical. First, it was very easy to order. And I love that you can pay using Paypal. Second, they shipped in a timely manner (would've been faster had the weekend not gotten in the way). They emailed me a full pdf version of the manual, which of course is great have. And lastly, they packed the item extremely well. So I would definitely recommend using their services if you're in the market.
