After ordering my unit from Phillips in Portland, Oregon, I was contacted from your salesman in Denver claiming he was the retail outlet so I ordered it from him. Soon I discovered my credit card had been charged immediately, even before I had a chance to send in my prescription for the unit. This is NOT accepted protocal from online sales. (And why would I need a prescription?). After that peice of harrassment was concluded, I could not reach my salesman on the phone. At that time I called the bank and reported a fraud. The next day the salesman called to tell me he had shipped the unit and the next day I received it in good order. I immediately contacted the bank and rescended the chargeback order and agreed to pay the bill. I think all is well now and I am happy with the unit I ordered....thank you and my sincere apologies for my online apprehensions.

After being frustrated by my oxygen supplier when they told me they didn't have any portable oxygen concentrators in stock and probably wouldn't have any until after the first of the year due to COVID and who knows what else, I called a Caire supplier using a number I saw on an ad. I was connected to Joshua at American Medical Sales & Rentals in Centennial, CO! I told him what I was looking for and he said they could have it for me "next week"! They were good to their word! My new Caire Freestyle Comfort portable O2 concentrator arrived when they promised, and they followed up with a call telling me how to use the machine and what was supposed to have been in my package from them! I was super impressed at how helpful and competent they are! I can't say enough good things about them!
