Great Ordering Experience
I haven't received the product I ordered yet, but it has been shipped. For now, I can only comment on the purchasing process. The website was extremely helpful in sorting out the products. My representative, Sean Lowe was outstanding. He knows his stuff! Very helpful and patient and answered all my questions. He even helped me on a Sunday when I didn't think he worked that day. Also helpful in obtaining the prescription for the product I ordered.

Repair not received yet and over a month
Took too long still not received over a month.

Hello Joy, thank you for the feedback. We understand the frustration the issue caused at your end and we apologize for that. We shipped the repaired unit back on Dec 30th. To much time! TO much Empathy
The usage of empathy when stating that it would take 4 to 6 weeks to get my unit back, made me feel like you were trying to put sugar on a bad situation. I understand that it got delayed as I had sent the unit to Texas. It ended up being over 3 months. Hello WAKE up! People out here like myself NEED our O2. I paid a lot of money for this concentrator and it's my second one. Neither the product or the service deserve my empathy!

The team at OCS was interical in…
The team at OCS was interical in getting our patient back home to the Bahamas with oxygen. Marcus, went above and beyond to find us a unit that would be affordable for the patient. Marcus had plans to be out of the office, but made sure his manager was informed so that we can continue with our discharge plans. I truly appreciate all the hard work and dedication to our patients. I look forward to many more encounters together in the near future.

The representative was very attentive…
The representative was very attentive to my needs. They expedited some paperwork from my doctor to get this new oxygenator unit shipped out to me.. I expect it to be delivered today. I am positive that using this new machine is going to help me breathe so much better at night and I cannot thank this company ienough for everything that's been done to get the unit to me as quickly as possible
