Ben was very helpful during the initial contact. Unfortunatly, the item I ordered didn't fit my needs but he took care of it . I have a different oxygenator on the way. I am very pleased with Customer Service at this point.

I called OCS because I had been gifted an old Portable Oxygen Concentrator which needed a replacement part. I was connected with Michael Dickson who informed me that the part as well as the old POC were no longer available. Michael was very helpful in providing me information on a new or refurbished CAIRE Freestyle Comfort POC. The price was fair and included a discount so I opted to purchase a new unit. I've only had it 7 days but so far I am quite happy with it.

Has been really hard to find a back-up battery for our concentrator. Found it here with fair price and fast delivery. Good customer service even though just looking for the battery and not a major sale.
