The salesman was polite and informative. He helped realize that the portable oxygen concentrator that we originally chose was too small for intended use. Shipment was prompt and arrived on time. Support called to help set up the unit exactly when they said they would.

The imogein fell in the garage and the nozzle was bent and the "holder:" leaked. The reoplacement parts came quickly and I was able to replace the damaged parts with little effort.

I was very happy with the entire process! The salesperson was competent, kind, and helpful. The device arrived one earlier that expected and had been carefully packaged. It is easy to set up and is very quiet!
