This company will not except returns. Stay away from this terrible company. Would give a 0 but cant. Bought a item thinking it was a portable oxygen maker. But instead got a battery. Most companies would except a return, but not this company. Refused to give a refund or take mistaken order back. Out almost 600 for a battery I cant use. Absolutely the worst company ever. Avoid at all costs.

My new concentrator was delivered on time. It was easy to assemble on its cart. If works well and very quiet.

My simply go mini broke twice in one year the first time they replaced it quickly the 2nd time it was still under warranty I sent in in to get fixed I sent it in December and got it back in February and they charged me 150.00 for the repair. They don’t stand behind there warranty won’t be buying anything else from them. Very unhappy customer. UPDATE: So the oxygen generator store reached out to me after my review. They said they reviewed my case and decided that the repair of my simply go mini should have been at no charge. So they refunded me the money I spent for the repair. I felt that was very nice of them. So I will give them 4 stars only because that should have been done from the beginning.

Worked with Christa to get a POC for my wife. She was very professional! She was also comprehensively educated in ALL areas of POC information and regulation. A genuine pleasure to work with. I managed customer service and sales for 40 years, and I would have been proud to have Christa on my team!

Very smooth and considerate sales process - rapid call-back from telephone message I left, punctual returns of calls, competent answers to questions, help with deciding which machine, clear explanations of return policy. I was able to complete almost all of my appointments and errands on one battery pack, first day out.
