Helped with defective machine
The first Caire 5 machine I received did not work properly. I emailed the Support team and explained the problem, they researched the problem and had found other models in that serial number range had experienced the same problem. Within 3 days of the my initial contact, I had a new machine and it has been working perfectly since I received it.

The manual says the battery will last…
The manual says the battery will last for 8 hours on the #1 setting. The battery actually lasts around six hours. That is the only complaint I have.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT
I had an online meeting to find out more about my new Caire Portable Oxygen Concentrator. The technician who gave me the 1:1 tutorial was professional, knowledgeable and "user friendly". He explained how some things worked and gave me a few tricks so I could take care of and use this machine. I greatly appreciate it.

Apreciate their patience
Great costumer Service. They are always pleasant and eager to solve any problem. We are an elderly couple, hard of hearing and sometimes electronically challenged but they have always shown extreme patience with us. We really apreciate that.

The people were great!
The people were great!! Excellent service! However I paid for overnight shipping and it did not arrive for a week. Very disappointed for that we needed the machine the next day.
