My order was incorrect
My order was incorrect. I am most disappointed that the Representative stated he had years of experience yet failed to properly assist me after the sale. With a follow-up and shipment of the rest of my order, I would have been a happy customer. It’s been a month and I do not have a response. I would not recommend any company that has poor follow-up after a sale. So I do not recommend the Oxygen Store.
