Oxygen Concentrator StoreReviews of oxygenconcentratorstore.com

Working with Todd Parker was wonderful. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. He had to jump through hoops to allow me to purchase my new concentrator. But he remained determined to make me happy. He kept me informed every step of the way. He made my experience so easy. He even made a follow up call to make sure everything was fine. That meant a lot to me. I’m so glad I made the purchase from your company over the other companies trying to sell to me. Todd Parker is the reason.

Luke was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were very satisfied. Our smaller Inogen One is perfect for us.

I purchased the Eclipse 5 oxygen generator which came in a package deal that includes almost everything you need. I added an extra battery. Everything was delivered in one extremely well designed box that made it next to impossible to damage the goods during transport except for a direct hit with a sharp object. My sales contact was very knowledgeable and very customer oriented. The only thing I wished they had developed is a back pack for this model, however, you can use a regular mesh back pack instead. I highly recommend the company and the product.
