When I ordered a new portable oxygen concentrator on a Wednesday, the sales rep told me that I would have it in 2 days. When I questioned the statement, he said it only 2 days to ship from Colorado to Illinois. On the following Friday evening, 2 days, I received a notice that the concentrator was shipped that day. I received the shipment on the following Wednesday, 7 days, not 2 or 3 days, after I placed the order. My complaint is why tell me two days when he could have told me 5 to 7 days?

I love the concentrator. I’m just a little concerned about how hot the machine gets. It’s a lot quieter than expected. But, it’s not as lightweight as I expected. I thought it would come with 2 straps so I could wear it as a backpack. The cannula’s that came in the box are extremely long, too long!

I required an oxygen concentrator for my mother, to provide comfort and security, as she returned home of sub-acute care. It seemed improbable or out-right impossible to obtain the unit before her discharge date, but Chris Hollis of Oxygen Concetrator Store made it happen!!!
