My moms machine was coming up with all kinds of errors so I called And spoke to Katie Yeadon. She was so helpful telling me when these parts should be replaced. I made my order and swapped everything out after receiving then. With the instructions it was a simple process. Then on the first time using it I was getting oxygen error. I emailed Katie again and she provided me with a link on how to reset the machine. So far so good. This makes mom a little mom so happy she doesn't have to drag those tanks every time she wants to get out.

I called on a Sunday, not expecting to get anyone, and someone answered and was able to forward me to someone who could sell me the 8-cell battery I need for my upcoming trip! It was mailed to be very quickly. And it was packed perfectly.

Everything was as promised; on time and without issues.

Not happy with them. I think they wanted to make a quick sale and didn’t offer me Care Credit with one year interest free. I use CC all the time and always get the one year. They told me I would get my machine in two days and it took a week. I don’t trust people after they lie to me.

Well having trouble writing these reviews but I just had to say after having customer service call me everything was very good and I have to say Larry was the man to speak so thank you Larry. After having problems from pneumonia I needed a good machine and this machine the Eclipse 5 is probably the top of the line and the best that we could do to help me out and after speaking with Larry I have a better understanding of how things work; thank you
