I was very impressed with the knowledge and expertise of the associate that helped me. She instructed me on how to look for and fix our concentrator that I knew nothing about. Found me good replacement parts at a reasonable price. Did not try to sell me nothing I did not need and made sure what I did purchase I was comfortable with. I recieved my items when she said I would with detailed instructions. Very happy with the entire experience. I highly recommend this site to any one.

I ordered the Respironics SimplyGo Mini on a Friday. Colton called later that day to tell me it was shipped. Received it Wednesday. My previous unit stopped working and I was very stressed.
