Excellent Service
So far everything is good. Ordered machine Thursday salesman was kind and helped me more than any other salesperson I had spoken with, I received my machine two days later as promised. At a price I could afford.

I called for a replacement…
I called for a replacement concentrator. Rex quickly confirmed that the model I had was the best for my needs and explained the annoying "discounts" from the website were only for a particular brand which did not meet my needs. As a repeat customer, there was a small discount on my new concentrator, the paperwork was relatively simple and the product arrived at my door in a very reasonable time.
