The return package was NOT good
The return package was NOT good. Not even wrapped in the protected wrappings. Concerned also that when I was walking with it on my shoulder with a secure strap - I bumped it with my purse & it said "system error" I panicked. I turned off & waiting then turned it back on & it worked. wonder why it did that...

Helpful, Fast, & Just as Promised
I called for detailed information and the response was prompt and helpful. I took time to compare prices and features with other providers and decided that the Oxygen Concentrator Store had what I need at the best price. Next steps were exceedingly easy, and the concentrator was delivered to my home in just a few days. Everything works just as promised. I'm very pleased.
