I made a cold call to your firm requesting information about the Oxygen Concentrator. I believe Brett Bennett took my call and did an excellent job of explaining the unit and how it worked,the weight and the 2 batteries as well as the warranty. I spoke with him December 20th, completed the order and it was delivered and Nader the Christmas tree before Christmas Eve.

It was easy getting my oxy concentrator shipped and received back from service. One thing I did not like was that, in order to make it functional it needed parts replaced that were considered an accessory.They cost $150.oo it is needed to make it work it doen't seem like an accessory. One other thing, I wish they would have replaced the air filter to save me shipping on that.
