My wife passed away
My wife passed away. New Oxygen equipment waiting for a return slip not sent despite numerous requests. Not acceptable!!!!!!!

Open on Saturday!!!
I loved that this place is open on the weekends! Working a 9-5 and being told this place closes at 3pm on weekdays, i was relieved that it was open on Saturday. Loved that they were awaiting my rx after the first time i called. Called me back soon as they received it. Was able to walk in next day on a Saturday, talk to someone, let them know what i was looking for and was able to get the transaction moving along, was given a quick overview of the machine. They made the process easy & painless. I loved it.

Great sales and service lines
Great sales and service support. Meri Fitsum was outstanding in the sales department. I called service just to test what after sales service might be like .. WOW they answered the phone within a few moments, Customer service picked up after sles and were also very helpful.
