We had to return a unit for service 8 months after purchase of that unit. A few days after returning the unit, a brand new unit was delivered to our door. Their service department determined the problem, contacted the manufacturer, then had a new device delivered. You can not get better service than that.

Very helpful in the sales process as well as customer support. When faced with very aggressive sales tactics from Inogen, I was willing to spend a little more to have local support.

The saleman (Jake Kinlaw) was informative and very helpful on the product line. His pleasant demeanor made it easy to determine which product was right for us and set up the right plan.

Received my concentrator at the time it was promised. It was easy to set up and very quiet. I’m pleased with price and the sales associate who suggested this brand and model.

Like all companies it’s easy to buy something, but service is the name of the game when you have problems. As I write this review I have waited two weeks to get a replacement battery for my mother’s oxygen concentrator. Not impressed with service. Thank God my mother didn’t give up her bottles oxygen. When I call they pick up but they never have an answer as to when the new battery ships out. The concentrator is useless without a battery. When you spend thousands of dollars and receive this type of service, I would not buy from them again. Shipments are the slowest. It takes weeks to get items. You would think with people’s breathing needs second day mail or next day mail might be an option? Think twice before you buy from this store!

My experience was very simple and quick. I called because I had a beeping noise on my concentrator and was nervous about it stopping on me. I spoke with Nathan and he told me it was probably going out soon. I than purchased a new one and it was delivered the next day. At this point I haven't used it yet as the current one is okay. Nathan was very pleasant to work with.

Nick was knowledgable and helped me choose the correct O2 device for my mother and we received our machine in a very timely manner. It was also a used device but looks and works like brand new.
