Todd was knowledgeable and very helpful. Handled UPS shipping problem for me very quickly. It's too bad that the cost of the filter, and especially the shipping costs were so expensive. But, I had no alternative, as I needed the new air filter for the 84 year old that I take care of. Apria could not give me even an estimated service call date.

The Sales Rep, Luke, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took care of contacting the doctor to get the necessary prescription and communicated through the process. The concentrator is very good and quiet. It arrived within a couple of days after ordering.
