I was not told that the cost to send my order for a replacement charger for my Caire portable unit would cost $155 for shipping costs. If that had been made clear to me, I certainly would NOT have had it shipped overnight. Your shipping costs are already out of sight (e.g $60 to ship a $10.00 order). I have sent at least two emails in the last week questioning the high cost of this order, but have received no response back. James Gonzales was my original point of contact, and he was always quick to respond, listened to me, and worked to make sure I received items in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. But sadly he is not longer with the company and therefore I don't have a contact person. I certainly DO NOT want to deal with the woman who took this order. Enough said

Jake was very helpful. I originally bought the big concentrator, but when I got, it was apparent the concentrator was to heavy for me to handle. I contacted them and they shipped me a portable concentrator. It arrived in two days. They also sent me a return label. I boxed it back up, took it to UPS and shipped it back.
