I had a problem with my unit and talked to a customer service. They help assess my problem and then set up service for my unit. All were helpful and easy to work with.

When I first contacted Luke he took the…
When I first contacted Luke he took the time to go everything. I told him I would talk it over with my children and call him back the next day. After deciding my son contacted the store. He wasn’t there but his supervisor did the work for him and it was delivered on time. I would recommend your company any time.

Great service so far!

Buying a oxygen concentrator, and sending older one in to get fixed …
Had to buy a new oxygen concentrator and send old one in to get fixed. I would give five stars. It just depends on how long it takes to get my Oxygen concentrator that they’re going to fix. As for the people I dealt with on the phone, they were great

Satisfied customer
I’m totally satisfied with my portable o2 concentrator. I no longer have to hassle with the oxygen tube getting tangled up in my feet. What I think is absolutely ridiculous is charging $250 for a battery charger. This sours me with the company leaving me with the feeling that they are a “Rip-off”. And the unit doesn’t even have an on/off switch or an LED control window. Usually a charger like this will cost no more than $40. Other than that I am a satisfied customer.
