I had a great experience with Katie. She found the right machine for me at the right price. She let me do my research elsewhere without pressuring me daily. It arrived today. I had a question and the support team had the answer immediately without having to deal with ai agents. Thank you.

After my 1st purchase, I've never had a reason to look elsewhere
I've purchased several pieces of equipment from the OCS. Always great service and prompt responses. I would say my biggest review is that I keep going back!

Our salesman Luke was so helpful
Our salesman Luke was so helpful. He explained everything, answered questions and discussed options. He even gave me time to talk over everything with my husband who the oxygen is for. We purchased the Inogen 6 . Delivered timely. The unit is easy to use and we love how portable it is. I am so glad it will be easier for my husband to leave the house . Thank you from us both!

Cami and Tami very helpful,caring people. I am disappointed with the product. Less than 10mo old and two repairs. Had to do a quick exchange for a 100/yr that can’t wait for your repair. Hopefully the reconditioned unit will out preform the new one. Will let you know. Thanks Bill

The staff that I talked with were so…
The staff that I talked with were so extremely polite and professional. Nick was attentive and patient with me and even after I found my original power supply and needed to return the one he assisted getting for me, everyone made the return easy for me. Fabulous customer service.
