Very nice on phone and in person. Can’t believe unit was not plugged in to make sure it was running in front of me, before I left.

PJ Vaidya was an answer to a prayer—he was SO helpful, extremely experienced and informed, responsive, answered all of my questions, communicative, and taught me things I didn't know to ask. He guided me through an Oxygen Concentrator sales process with data/facts, honesty, integrity, patience and compassion, making what was an emotional and hard time much easier and better. Excellent service, information and fast shipment!!
Your rep Jake Kinlaw provided excellent information and help in the process of a portable oxygen concentrator needed quickly. He provided technical knowledge I needed and the company gave me a good price comparable or even better than buying direct from the manufacturer website. I had issues with the manufacturer rep never answering or delays in return calls. Once we made the decision on the unit the sale was completed in a day and we received the item 2-3 days later. We were so happy to get this unit before a trip! They even included 6 extra nasal cannulas which are better quality than the ones provided by the company providing the larger rental concentrator. It was a great experience and I will return to this company for other DME Oxygen needs!!!
