Second time was a charm. Wonderful people in customer service.
The 1st machine didn’t work they sent me a new one and it didn’t charge the battery. I called the customer service number and spoke to a very knowledgeable and helpful woman. She was very patient and reset the machine. It now works perfectly and I am very pleased.

When talking with Mars he explained…
When talking with Mars he explained everything to me in a way I could understand, and didn't try to sell me the most expensive one. I came in the day they said it would and so far service has been great.

My oxygen concentrator works for about 5days and then an orange light comes on. I’ve sent it in at least three times

Knowledgeable , reliable, fast, & caring!
I've now worked with the Oxygen Concentrator Store 3 times. Once to purchase my first stationary machine, then to purchase a POC, and finally to deal with a break down on the first machine (a refurb that we knew had less life left in it). This store has been amazing each time. Their responses are quick, thorough, and the team in knowledgeable enough to have a solution within only a conversation or two. In addition, they understand the importance of their product and as such, have shipping options that cater to speed and care. I feel safe dealing with this team over such a critical life product.

all associates were great
all associates were great, no complaints. The 3 stars is because i received back the machine and it still did not work. was still not producing air, after i paid for parts needed to fix.
