Great Service
The portable oxygen concentrator we bought keeps my Dad from being confined to his room. The portable one he had was not sufficient any more and was picked up by Medicare. I appreciate Mark’s help with getting this new portable shipped immediately.

Very prompt but....
The company was very prompt in sending my oxygen concentrator, but they forgot to pack the power cord.

Great oxygen machine
They were very helpful in ordering. It's shipped quickly and was easy to put together. It's been a great help to my husband because he is able to go out to eat and out for an activity And not worry he's going to run out of oxygen.

Sale went fine
Sale went fine. But tried to follow up with problems and could not get a call back . Had to drive down there (45& min each way) to talk to a person. Could only get the receptionist who was very nice and did her best to help. If only the support function was as responsive as the sales people who are trying to get your money.
