Luke did a great job helping us to find the right concentrator for our son's special needs. As a young man who loves to hike, but needs that extra bit of light weight support that can also be combined with his other special circumstances, it isnt always easy to find the tools needed that will work for him, and it was especially helpful having someone I could bounce ideas off of to find the right solution.

Dealing with AFib and frequent PVCs, my cardiologist suspects it's likely due to sleep apnea, which I'm inclined to agree with after my recent four-day hospital stay. This led me to the hunt for an oxygen machine to complement my CPAP at night. With a prescription in hand and a lengthy list of local suppliers from my PCP, my journey began. The first bump in the road was finding out the nearest supplier had closed down. Then, the more established places quoted me weeks to review my prescription and hefty prices over a thousand dollars for their basic models. Thank God for the Oxygen Concentrator Store and their standout salesman, Luke Corrick. Luke was the epitome of professionalism and kindness during a time when my patience was wearing thin from trying to manage my heart issues. He responded immediately to my chat request, took the time to understand my situation, and recommended the perfect solution, the OxyHome 5L Stationary Concentrator. He also made sure I had all the necessary accessories, like the canula and the hose and connector for my CPAP mask. Luke went above and beyond, offering to have the machine delivered overnight. Although I opted for a more economical two-day shipping, his willingness to accommodate was greatly appreciated. The entire package, including shipping, came to around $850, which was a welcome relief after the quotes I'd previously received. When a small issue arose with the machine, the support team at OCS was incredibly responsive and efficient, quickly helping me resolve the problem. I couldn't get the flow valve ball to move as it had settled during shipping. A strong knuckle tap fixed that issue. Their exceptional service has not only won them a lifelong customer, but also my sincere recommendation to anyone in a similar situation.
