Oxygenconcentratorstore - Phillips machine replacement
The fact that I could get my failing concentrator replaced in a decent amount of time is great. The fact that I had to pay$99 for the replacement while it is still under warranty is disturbing.
Response from Oxygen Concentrator StoreApr 24, 2024
Thank you for sharing your experience, Stephen. We understand your concerns about the cost of replacement under warranty and aim to be transparent about any fees that might not be covered by the warranty itself. These fees typically cover processes not included in the manufacturer's warranty, like shipping or handling. We appreciate your understanding and are glad we could assist with replacing your concentrator swiftly. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact us.
