Kim was a big help with returning our…
Kim was a big help with returning our concentrator for repair. she then called to tell us what needed to be done and what it would cost. that part was great, sure hope it doesn't take the full 6 weeks stated as possible before return to me. but customer service was great. thank you

Very Pleased With The Oxygen Concentrator Store
I was already thinking about buying a spare concentrator when you called and offered me a closeout reconditioned one. It was a very good price, so I was glad to buy it that day. I have only used your company for 7 years now for my concentrator needs and have had great service from everyone I have talked to.

A bit heavier than I thought but…
A bit heavier than I thought but tolerable. Came a few days sooner than expected which was great. Easier to get from point A to Z with less energy used. Great little machine.
