Highly Recommend!
Colton was amazing! I had to purchase a portable concentrator and a concentrator machine for an old friend. He guided me through an area I had no knowledge in or experience with. He could not have made it easier and he made sure to meet the tight deadline required. The Oxygen Concentrator Store was a terrific experience from start to finish. I highly recommend them!

I love my new portable concentrator
I am enjoying getting used to my new concentrator and not having to worry about running out of oxygen or having to switch canisters, etc. It wears well with the cross-body strap. It feels so good. Thank you! Nancy Croft

I received a machine that didn't work
I received a machine that didn't work. Upon calling support, I was told that I had to drop it off at UPS store and it couldn't be picked up from my location. This is a 60 lbs machine that I had to package and transport to UPS and return it. I haven't received anything on when I'll get the replacement either.

They'll contact you and if you want to call, you may reach us at (877) 303-9289. Update: We apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced with the defective machine, Mr. Baqir. After reviewing your case, it seems there was some miscommunication. You selected a Type 1 Exchange, meaning the replacement is sent after we receive the defective unit. This option does not include pick-up service, which is why the unit needed to be dropped off at UPS. We understand this wasn't the most convenient option for you, and we regret any difficulty it caused. The replacement machine was shipped from Colorado on April 29th and is currently en route. It should reach you within several business days. We appreciate your patience and are committed to ensuring that you receive a fully functional replacement as quickly as possible. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
