Worked with Nick. He was always available to talk. Ordered and the product was shipped the same day. Nick kept us informed. We received the machine in a timely manner and are extremely pleased with our purchase.

My experience was great and easy, that is, after I sent back the discontinued, refurbished SimplyGo portable concentrator. I'd had my fill of Phillips products. I got to send it back for refund but needed another to travel for sleeping, so I researched and came up with the same one my man in sales offered. This one is perfect and even smaller and lighter. Aziz Kamal is fantastic in that he is honest, personable yet professional in that he always answered my petty questions and made a suggestion or two but left it up to me. I appreciated his advice. I've been using the O2 Concentrator Store for a few years now, this being my third portable oxygen concentrator, and I've been quite satisfied and would recommend the company to anyone.

Ordered an external charger and paid for it but did not receive with my order. Still trying to get the company rep to return a call to me so your company can make good on my order.
Response from Oxygen Concentrator StoreAug 6, 2024
Thank you for reaching out. We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the external charger. The item is currently on backorder, but we have noted your order and will ensure it is shipped to you as soon as we have it back in stock as our rep has informed you earlier. We appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please let us know.

PJ, the customer service rep was helpful and understood what parts I was trying to explain that I needed. The order was accurate and arrived the next day. However the one thing I wish he would have asked is whether I needed it overnight for high delivery charges. Saving a few dollars and waiting 2-3 days, would have been preferred.
Response from Oxygen Concentrator StoreAug 6, 2024
Thank you for your feedback! I’m glad to hear PJ was helpful and your order arrived quickly. Just to clarify, ground shipping was used for your order. The speedy delivery was due to your location in CO, where our company is based. We appreciate your input and will consider it for future improvements.

Replacement car adapter for my Caire portable was way under sized compared to original, doesn't keep up while using/driving like the original, and continually pops out of power port in my car. I called and reported this on Monday and they shipped me a new factory original charger, and all is well. Thanks for correcting my issue promptly and courteously.
Response from Oxygen Concentrator StoreAug 6, 2024
Thank you for letting us know, Bettina. We're glad to hear that the issue was resolved quickly and to your satisfaction. If you need any further assistance or have more questions, just reach out!
