Fast easy return
Very fast resolve of the problem. The weight of the unit we had was heavy for my wife being 86years old and having several medical concerns.ĺ talked to the person who helped with the initial purchase of the first unit (was heavy for my wife) and the switch to a lighter unit was completed in one day and the lighter unit shipped also to us that day Return of original unit with prepaid cost label was also done same day. Overall the speed of the company's action and return and replacement of lighter unit is the fastest return/replacement that l have ever seen. The oxygen company's actions are to be commended. Excellent.
