This was a very easy process
This was a very easy process. They do all the leg work for you. The shipment comes in a couple days. My concentrator arrived damaged. Sending back was easy. They are all very nice people to talk too. Getting a new unit was a breeze. I'm very happy I found them.

I asked the store to hold my purchase…
I asked the store to hold my purchase and deliver it on a certain date plus or minus. The delivered right away before I returned from my trip.

Excellent Experience
Chris H. was outstanding to work with and very helpful. Unit arrived as expected, well packed and complete. Small issue with seam unraveling on carry case, was handled in one call with replacement on the way. The video for the Caire Freestyle Comfort POC was very clear and helpful. Everyone very kind and excellent follow up. Would highly recommend!
