Chris Hollis is a great asset to this place. He is helpful, informative, and very sensitive to the needs and concerns of the patients that come to his company for help. I could not have asked for better care for my mother. I will happily recommend your business to anybody in need of home oxygen.

Cannot believe I'm giving FIVE STARS!
Cannot believe I'm giving FIVE STARS to a DME company! When I went on the website and requested information, they had someone available to call me immediately. I was still doing research, and I told "Chris" that. He invited me let him know if he could help me -- PERIOD! NO PRESSURE SALES! I looked around a little bit on other sites, then called him back and ordered. I don't know how many times he was in contact over the next two days as I got my Rx over to him and he followed up on the shipment of my concentrator, but he definitely kept me informed every step of the way and I had my concentrator in less than seven days! He's also always available for questions. Can't say enough good about this company and their representatives. And the price was a very good value as well.

The sale is not done till the equipment arrives
I ordered a portable oxygen concentrator for my wife. The sales went flawless, and was most helpful. The equipment was shipped UPS with a delivery date in 4 days. It has been two weeks, and has not arrived. When calling customer service, I get no reply. My wife can't go out without the concentrator. She is on 02 24/7. Where is the service in customer service?
