Carl was wonderfully helpful
Carl was wonderfully helpful, patient and knowlegeable. He helped me understand the options, answered all my questions (of which i had many). Gave me some time to consider and then kindly placed the order the following week. The refurbished unit arrived in a few days and was better than expected. Everything lived up to what he had promised!

Excellent customer service
Customer service from a parts guy named David was above and beyond!! He was very helpful and was able to get the filter I needed to me FAST!! The whole experience was excellent!!

Service was great
Service was great. Aizi answered all my questions. He was patient with me and helpful in finding me equipment that would suit my needs. Initially I had a problem with the equipment after receipt. His response to my call was timely and the referral to tech service gave me an immediate response. I would recommend your services.
