My Inogen G5 needed service. The O2 store people who worked with me on the phone were very helpful. Service was much quicker than I expected -- two days, one day to fix the unit and the second day for testing. I am very hopeful that when I receive the device the problems will have been fixed. Overall, I am very impressed with and thankful for the help I have received.
