Have used this company for several years. Always received the highest courtesy, customer service, and results from products. Every questions fully answered. Great assistance in locating exactly what's needed. Professional and knowledgeable staff. The most outstanding customer service came this week. After purchasing a new machine, very similar to existing machine, doctor's staff notified Drew that machine, although similar to my existing machine, not fully capable of meeting needs. Drew immediately called me and offered to return purchase price. His values and morality were outstanding, and reassured me that this is a great company that put me before profits. Drew is the best. The new battery didn't last no longer than the battery I already had. It was fully changed.

getting the POC repaired but unhappy it may be up to 6 weeks for the repair

Luke Corrick's helped us to obtain all the equipment plus a carry on rolling cart to bring the Inogen 5L on our overnight train ride. When I realized in the last week of planning I needed longer oxygen tubing to connect with the 5L Inogen in the train cabin and hotel, Aziz Kamal rushed everything we needed in plenty of time. My husband was able to use the Inogen Rove 6 to transfer to and from the train, ride in the rental car and maneuver around the wedding venue. It is hard to put into words the importance of being at his granddaughters wedding. Family is everything to us. These memories are precious. We could not have done it without Luke's & Aziz's help.
