Defective out of the box but quickly replaced!
The unit I received is defective out of the box. Customer support took me through trying a hard reset to no avail. As soon as my rep Nick found out he arranged to have a replacement sent with expedited shipping. Awesome service, thank you Nick!

I got the system for my husband who has…
I got the system for my husband who has congestive heart failure. He has the unit provided by our insurance, but the unit has tanks that are bulky and not sure if it can be transported in our car. Anyway, this system is light, small and easy to carry with you. Only thing is we wish there is a mouth piece instead of the nose piece to get the oxygen. Oh, our sales person Nick is very helpful and easy to work with.

We're candid. I was an edu aged customer. Sales rep told it straight without any flimsy flam. ANOTHER FAVOR NOW. I CONTACTED YOUR BUY BACK DEPARTMENT A WEEK AGO. The representative I talked to was so…
The representative I talked to was so understanding and seems to be sympathetic to me. He tried to give me what I needed and understood that I have to pay $3000.00 for 4 machines. I am tired and out of money. I feel better with the lifetime warranty.

The breath of life....
When you have to get in to your Doctor's appointment because your treatment means how many years you can keep the BIG C in remission I call that a type of life and death situation. Needing oxygen and having a 45 minute drive to the oncologist to get your medicine means you have to have a reliable source for that oxygen. These guys are the best source for this type of need.
