I had several telephone calls with my sales rep Jake Kinlaw regarding purchase of a portable oxygen concentrator. He was patient and thorough in explaining the differences in models and had our product shipped as needed.

From the first time I sent an inquiry on the website, my experience with the Oxygen Concentrator Store and my rep Thatcher Mills has been outstanding. I am relatively new to requiring oxygen at night and had serious questions and concerns about how I would manage this brave new world of oxygen therapy - especially given a busy travel schedule and multiple homes. The first machine had to be returned and replaced - customer service was outstanding. Then finally, I had a 3 week and multiple location European trip and required a very portable, yet cost effective machine (Zen-O) - it had been outstanding. Thatcher and the team at Oxygen Concentrator Store have been outstanding really helping me as I figure my way through night time oxygen therapy.

I made a blind run through the internet wasteland trying to figure out how to get my out of state, 90 year old aunt a lighter portable oxygen set-up. I was almost instantaneously contacted by Thatcher Mills. I was doubtful but he was utterly patient and not even close to a hard seller. I told him I needed to look him up! Ha. He encouraged me to look to the BBB. I did! Next call he explained I needed her Dr's prescription. I said I wouldn't know how to begin down that path. In the end he did all the heavy lifting and got my aunt on the phone. It was a GREAT experience for her...and at 90 she is not easily impressed! FANTASTIC experience. Thanks, Thatcher!

Ease of the purchase to receiving it at home. Then I hooked up the battery and saw is was on a full charge. So I used it for awhile and then decided to see how well it charged, it passed that test with flying colors as well..
