David Murphy
David Murphy was great. He answered all my questions and throughout the process touched base with me but no high sales pressure. My only complaint would be the Carecredit/Syncrony Bank online application which is not user friendly and their reps were zero help with computer application process. In the end I charged to my personal credit card and am very happy with my purchase. Thanks to David Murphy

Your tech support was excellent and…
Your tech support was excellent and then when we were transferred back to the original call you showed the best alternative. There was no pressure but you explained how to go about explained the differences gave us pricing and then shipping price. You were able to get it here with two day shipping and in time for his surprise party. He just retired after 55 years of teaching high school and was inducted into the Guinness World Book of Records. Impressed
Katie from the sales team was so helpful. She knew exactly what machine would work best for my father-in-law. We ultimately bought the machine and it was just delivered to my father-in-law. We will be working with the Support Team to set it up. We are very happy with the machine and each team member we have interacted with.
