Great customer service.
I've both a stationary and recently a portable oxygen unit. I'm unable to locate the information on the two Oxygen Concentrators I called. Both were able to assist me in ordering the necessary supplies I needed. A big THANK YOU!

Outstanding experience!!!
Just recently found out I would need supplemental oxygen. Needed lots of advice on how to proceed. I reached out to the Oxygen Concentrator Store and worked with Atya. She was outstanding, great listener and able to provide lots of options to consider. She worked with me thru the entire process of ordering a portable oxygen concentrator that would work for all my future travel plans...in air, cruises, and hotels both US and international. Definitely would use this company for my future needs.

Very fast & efficient
Very fast & efficient. Were able to troubleshoot my old unit over the phone. They were able to arrange a no hassel fast delivery and offered a discount for the replacement machine.

Great company and knowledgeable, friendly staff.
Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I received the concentrator the next day and it was exactly what I was looking for. They had the best price out of many other companies I got estimates with. I will definitely use them again for future needs.
