I had been desperately searching for help after being provided with a Rhythm POC from my Oxygen Company, Naples Oxygen. But, they could not give me any information as they said, they only handle oxygen not POC's. I tried Buffalo as that is who bills me, but they could not help or answer any questions either. I received no information, no instructions—nothing. It was an incredibly overwhelming experience, especially with an upcoming air travel plan. I couldn’t even reach a real person on the phone—until I met Tracy. After nearly four frustrating hours and ending up in tears, Tracy came to my rescue. She was kind, empathetic, and incredibly knowledgeable. She patiently walked me through everything I needed to know: how to use the machine, how to store it properly, and—most importantly—how many batteries I would need for travel. I am beyond grateful. Thanks to her guidance, I now plan to purchase three additional batteries for the rental unit—something I didn’t even realize I had signed for, as I was never given any documentation or support beforehand. Tracy is truly a compassionate and helpful person who made a world of difference in my life. I’ve saved her name and number in my phone, and now I know exactly who to call when I have questions or need assistance. I honestly can’t say “thank you” enough. Tracy, you are amazing!!!!! I b p ut a used oxygen concentrator for 1,700. I didn't go on the website I did it over the phone. At no time did they say there is a restocking fee. Hang on before you buy. The machine came and rattled when you turned it on. It looked like it wasn't very clean at all. They said if you want to return it you get a refund as long as within the 30 days. Well after 2 days I called. They said they will charge a $400 restocking fee. The joke is it isn't even a warehouse. I did my research. They pretend they are putting you on hold to run to the warehouse. Not true! Buyer beware. It's a ripoff.

I had an issue with the first oxygenator that came. It came on a Friday. I called service department on Saturday and they resolved the issue right away. I had the replacement machine by Thursday was pleased with how they handled the issue. The salesman was friendly. The service department was friendly and helpful and I appreciated how well they handled everything
