I tried hard to look for other…
I tried hard to look for other companies and other products but was very difficult to beat your service and the variety of brands. Your personnel is very proficient in oxygen matters, and offer several alternatives to your needs. And when I had problems with the concentrator your help was immediate. The last concentrator I bought was having trouble but your representative suggested an exchange and six day later UPS was at my door with a replacement unit to exchange the unit for the one that was having problems. Now I am going to Europe confident that I have a new concentrator to help me breed. Many thanks to Oxygen Concentrator Store

It was great working with your staff
It was great working with your staff. We dealt with two associates and both had answered all our questions with experience and professionalism. We looked at other brands but dealing with your staff clinched the decision.

Great cuustomer service!
I needed to order a second battery for my new Rythm system. I was fortunate enough to speak with Tood Gordon. He took the time to familiarize me with the aspects of my new sytem, as well as find the right battery for the unit. The battery arrived when he said it would and I have not experienced any issues with the product. The service I received was 5 star!

thanks we
you need to be sure people realize they only have seven days to decide if they want to keep it or not in my case I don’t enough in home help so the oxygen box wasn’t opened right away and I was under the impression it was lighter in weight. I also didn’t like the fact that it didn’t work right and I’d have to do a hard set, didn’t want something i’d always be working on

Delivery of Oxygen Equipment
Shortly after being D/C from Sky Ridge Hospital, a delivery man brought my orders of Oxygen. He gave good instructions on how to use the oxygen from the concentrator, portable battery, & tanks. He was courteous & thorough.
