When I told Lorenzo that I would have to think about it until the first part of Sept. He didn't bother me, in fact I called him. I couldn't afford a new Inogen Rove6. He found me a reconditioned one for a decent price. I am not always friendly with salesmen. Lorenzo was very patient & explained a lot of things I didn't know about concentrators. He needs an atta-boy!

I worked with a very knowledgeable salesperson, and the unit is working great - much easier than having to take the large cylinders everywhere. It arrived within 2 days and the price was reasonable.

Roy
Ordered replacement columns for G5 - cost $138. Ordered, a week later, replacement columns for G3 - cost $200. Cost of columns may soon surpass cost of unit. I’ll make plans to correct.
Response from Oxygen Concentrator StoreSep 12, 2025
Roy, thank you for sharing this, and I’m sorry for the confusion on pricing. Based on our records, the $138 charge was for a G5 backpack, while both the G5 and G3 replacement column kits were $175 each plus shipping. We’re happy to send an itemized receipt and double-check everything—please call us at 877-303-9289 so we can review together and make it right. If you ever need anything else, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help!
