dreadful they made the error and made me wait without oxygen for more than a week. I Had to obtain at hospital said they would call back and didn't in 2 cases leaving me to hang in limbo. I am 83 with extreme pulmonary disease and they were aware of the situation. I bought 2 concentrators from them Never Again. dreadful
